This page describes the Local Growth service preview and fictional demonstration. A service agreement must establish final scope, fees, timing and any cancellation, refund or renewal terms before activation. It is not a production software contract or a claim that every future integration is live.
Service terms
The existing website offer remains $500 to launch and $29.99/month for hosting and routine upkeep, as described on the existing Local Growth website. Domain costs and work outside that scope are separate.
New local prospecting and quoting software scopes, prices, volumes, setup and combinations are agreed separately. Bronze means any one service, Silver any two, and Gold all three. Start with one and discuss additions when ready; this page does not activate or change a subscription.
Prospecting involves relevant public research in an agreed territory and business email outreach within the approved audience, approach, sender setup and limits. Research prospects, inferred opportunities and formal bids are different from confirmed interested buyers. No jobs, response rate, contract awards or sales are guaranteed.
The client approves pricing, scope and commitments and handles site visits, quoting decisions, closing and service delivery. Formal bids follow the issuer’s requirements and submission process. Nothing in this demonstration submits a bid or enters a procurement commitment.
Demo companies, opportunity cards, outreach, replies, activity counts, quotes and invoices are fictional. Payments are simulated. Sample approval and acceptance create no real quote contract, invoice, email, job booking or payment through the public demo. These statements apply to the Local Growth demonstration; other existing LM website offers, including book purchases, have their own payment flows. This prototype is not a replacement claim for a mature field-service suite.
Privacy and data use
Public fictional demo: sample records are stored in your browser’s local storage on this website origin. The demo does not transmit form entries to an LM database or payment processor. Do not enter real customer, personal, confidential or payment details. Reset fictional demo clears its sample storage; browser controls can also remove local website data. Other users of the same browser profile may be able to see the local demo records.
Guru Lou: a guided interactive FAQ, not live AI or human Lou. Questions and answers appear in the current page. This widget does not send or persist a transcript, and it does not enroll you in marketing. Avoid private information. Reloading clears the visible conversation.
Real LM inquiry: the existing LM inquiry form is separate from the fictional demo. Its existing notice states that name and email are used to respond, stored in LM’s HighLevel customer-management system and shared with the team for follow-up. It does not start a purchase, subscription or SMS marketing enrollment.
These pages use locally hosted assets and Google-hosted web fonts; loading external fonts sends normal browser requests to that provider. Website hosting providers may receive ordinary request data as part of serving pages. This page does not claim a verified provider retention period or a complete production tracking inventory.

Demo security and limitations
The public demo is static and uses browser-local fictional data. It has no shared writable backend, user accounts, payment credentials or real payment transport. Rendered entries use text content rather than injected HTML. The prepared hosting configuration restricts scripts to this site, blocks network connections from the demo, denies form posts from these new preview routes and disables camera, microphone and geolocation access.
The private localhost Python/SQLite prototype is a separate review tool. It is restricted to loopback, checks local host/origin and allowed file paths, binds quote/customer identity, requires the reviewed revision for approval, preserves approved snapshots, calculates integer-cent amounts and enforces repeat-save/payment gates. It is not authenticated production software and must not be exposed publicly.
Production use requires appropriate authentication, tenant isolation, access control, storage/backup/retention decisions, operational review and authorized payment/sender configuration. No certification, security audit, compliance standard or absolute security guarantee is asserted.
